Fireworks festival to take place tonight

First Baptist Church, 590 Houpt Drive, Upper Sandusky, will host a free Fireworks Festival from 6-9 p.m. today.

Families are invited to enjoy bounce houses, games, food, face painting, raffles and prizes before viewing the city’s annual Fourth of July fireworks display.

Food includes hot dogs, popcorn, snow cones and cotton candy.

In addition, there will be a hog roast with pork sandwiches available for a $3 donation.

Music entertainment will be provided by Abe Cramer.

Parking for the fireworks also is provided for free.
