Upper native inducted into softball hall of fame It’s been quite a career. Throughout the years that Upper Sandusky native Rosemary Austin has played on travel softball teams that include Golden Gals and Freedom Spirit, a 75 and older softball team, she has garnered 14 gold medals, 12 sliver medals, two bronze medals, one ribbon, seven All-American awards as well as two all-tournament and one best defensive player, seven plaques, nine patches and one cup.
