Rams, Warriors receive No. 1 seeds in district baseball draws Upper Sandusky and Mohawk both earned No. 1 seeds in baseball district draws held Sunday. The Rams (14-4) are the top seed in the Division III Shelby district and earned a bye into the 5 p.m. May 17 sectional finals. They will host the winner of No. 10 Western Reserve and No. 12 Wynford (5-13), who play in one of the sectional semifinal games, all of which are set for 5 p.m. May 15 hosted by the higher seeded school. Relays lead Carey boys to 4th place ADA — Led by their relay teams, Carey’s boys finished in fourth place in the Ada Invitational track and field meet Saturday at War Memorial Stadium. Upper boys, Mohawk girls win N10 titles Upper Sandusky’s boys and Mohawk’s girls won the team titles in the Northern 10 Athletic Conference Championships junior high track and field meet Saturday at Upper Sandusky. Hayden wins 3 events for 3rd-place Upper BLOOMDALE — Kenedi Hayden won both hurdles events as Upper Sandusky’s girls finished third Friday in the Elmwood Invitational track and field meet.
