North Central Electric named a 5-star co-op ATTICA — North Central Electric Cooperative announced recently it has been named a 5-Star Co-op by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Sycamore raises sewer rates SYCAMORE — Sycamore Village Council agreed to raise sewer rates at its regular meeting Tuesday evening.
