CAREY — The Carey High School choir invites all alumni back to perform a concert April 14. All alumni of Carey High School choirs are asked to join for the rehearsals and the performance.

MARION — Palace volunteer advisory committee members will meet with potential Palace volunteers during an orientation session at 10 a.m. Jan. 27 in the Palace Theatre. The Palace hopes to build a volunteer corps with people ranging from juniors in high school to retirees who wish to give back to the community.

TIFFIN — You've never heard of them, but hey, they’ve never heard of you either. The Nobodies of Comedy is a chance to see the funniest up-and-coming comedians in America, and they are performing at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at The Ritz Theatre, 30 S. Washington St., Tiffin.

FINDLAY — The University of Findlay’s spring 2018 Faculty Art Exhibition is taking place through Feb. 2 in the Virginia B. Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion’s Lea Gallery. A public reception will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the gallery.

The tradition of the battling classes continues. The Upper Sandusky High School drama department will present its Afternoon of One Acts at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 21 in the USHS Little Theater.

CAREY — Christmas came early for the guitar students at Carey High School. A business communications class at Owens Community College completed a Guitars for Carey GoFundMe campaign to raise money for new guitars at Carey High School.

TIFFIN — Friday Night at the Ritz will feature horns and holiday music this Friday at The National Theatre at The Ritz, 30 S. Washington St., Tiffin.

MARION — The Marion Palace Theatre is offering theater-goers a diverse entertainment schedule for audience members of all ages and interests this January. Shows include an ensemble of professional instrumentalists performing alongside local students, a mind-blowing 4-D concert experience and a show-stopping performance with bluegrass music’s vocal group of the year.
