A Carey man who hid with two juveniles for a month in an abandoned Upper Sandusky home was sentenced to more than 4 years in prison Wednesday. Dylan Kincade, 19, of Carey, pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to three counts of sexual conduct with a minor and to breaking and entering, and was found guilty by the court.

Donna J. Holbrook, Lexington, charged by the state with operating a sex business, pretrial held, continued to Dec. 27. Patricia S. Bardon, Upper Sandusky, charged by the state with petty theft, pretrial held, continued to Dec. 20.

Andrew K. Huff Jr., Upper Sandusky, charged by the police with domestic violence, pleaded not guilty, trial set for Dec. 18.

Jane M. Shrider, registrar of vital statistics at the Wyandot County Health Department, reports there were five births and 15 deaths in the county during September. Births include five females; deaths include seven females and eight males. Fifty-one certified birth and 55 certified death certificates were issued. Seventeen burial permits were issued.

Two Wyandot County residents have been arrested on separate drug trafficking charges since Wednesday afternoon. Taran K. Gillen, Upper Sandusky, was arrested on a warrant on indictment issued out of the Wyandot County Common Pleas Court Grand Jury for two counts of trafficking drugs.

James A. Clark, Forest, charged by the state with violating a protective order, amended plea to no contest, finding deferred pending pre-sentence investigation.
