TIFFIN — Fifty-three descendants of Ludwig (Louis) Rothlisberger and Anna Minder, who immigrated from Switzerland in 1889, gathered for their annual reunion at the residence of Bill and Judy Theis near Tiffin.

CAREY — The 2015 Carey Fest queen will be crowned at ceremonies Friday at the gazebo at John Carey Park. The candidates are Hunter Jacoby, Diana Nordyke and Lexi Patterson, all seniors at Carey High School.

WHARTON — The family of Ray V. and Flossie (McEvoy) Bristoll recently gathered for a reunion with a carry-in meal at the residence of Tom and Naneen Kotterman. Bob Bristoll offered prayer before the noon meal.
