Jack Thomas Spitler Diane and Alex Spitler, of Mount Blanchard, are the parents of a boy, Jack Thomas Spitler. He was born at 4:04 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
