BLUFFTON — Alexandra Smith of Upper Sandusky, an incoming student at Bluffton University has been awarded the university’s full-tuition presidential scholarship, valued at more than $110,000 for four years. Smith, a daughter of Dale and Kelli Smith, plans to graduate from Mohawk High School in May.

Crawford Park District to host dyeing program Mon.

CRESTLINE — The Crawford Park District will present a program on dyeing colors at 6 p.m. Monday at Lowe-Volk Park, 2401 Ohio 598, Crestline. Joy Etter-Link will present on the age-old technique of transferring those colors from nature for children up to fifth grade and their parents.

F-JL to host LEGO program

FOREST — The Forest-Jackson Public Library will host a “Snapology” LEGO program at 6:30 p.m. March 10. Children of all ages are invited to attend and the first 60 kids will receive a free Banbao construction or race kit.
