WSOS offering water, wastewater courses FREMONT — The Wood-Sandusky-Ottawa-Seneca Community Action Commission Inc. again will offer a water treatment course and a wastewater treatment and collection course this fall. Both courses take place in 16-week, two-night-per-week sessions and will prepare students for state certification exams in either water treatment or wastewater treatment and collection, according to a press release from the CAC.
