Life saving training The Wharton-Richland Township Volunteer Fire Department spent several hours training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation Saturday. Kidney transplant offers new hope Deb Bailey experienced her first issues with kidney disease in 1985 after complications arose from a Cesarean section. Residents pack into fairgrounds dining hall to learn QPR method Eighty area residents, teachers, medical professionals, faith-based groups, first responders and law enforcement personnel learned how to give hope through positive action Tuesday evening during a suicide prevention training sponsored by Firelands Counseling and Recovery Services and the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office.
