Grant to fund new pickleball court at Harrison Smith Park Upper Sandusky’s Harrison Smith Park will be home to a pickleball court in the future, according to Park Manager Keith Niederkohr. Upper Sandusky’s Parks and Recreation, Niederkohr said, is one of the recipients of a 2019 grant from Upper’s Winter Fantasy of Lights fundraiser. He said that the money will be used to resurface the tennis and large basketball court, and said the smaller basketball court at Harrison Smith Park will be resurfaced and reutilized as a pickleball court.
