Bowsher brings history to life at The Link Attendees of The Jim Bowsher Experience Sunday evening at The Link in Carey were invited to look at history the way Wapakoneta native Jim Bowsher does. Beyond his creation of the “Temple of Tolerance” in his Wapakoneta backyard, Bowsher is a writer, archaeologist, folklore collector, historian and lecturer. Third Upper Block Rally a success The streets of downtown Upper Sandusky were filled with the sound of children’s’ laughter Friday afternoon for the third annual South Sandusky Block Rally. The rally, which is organized by downtown Upper Sandusky businesses, supports local non-profits.
