ASA welcomes EPA’s decision WASHINGTON — The American Soybean Association welcomed news from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that the agency would deny a petition to remove the crop protection tool chlorpyrifos from the market. USDA offers disaster assistance to farmers in Wyandot County The USDA recently designated Crawford, Marion and Seneca counties as primary natural disaster areas due to losses and damages caused by drought that occurred from June 1 through Oct. 4.
