TIFFIN — Kathy Miller, of trideaDANCE, the resident modern dance company of The Ritz Theatre, will hold auditions for dancers and movers ages 9 and older to develop a new intergenerational piece. The audition is 1-4 p.m. Feb. 24 at The Ritz Theatre, 30 S. Washington St., Tiffin.

MARION — Under the direction of Emily Yaksic, “The Tale of Snow White” will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday on the Marion Palace stage. Starring over 65 local children ages 7-14, this adaptation of gives a modern view to an old classic.

The Upper Sandusky High School drama department will present its One Act class of the classes at 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the auditorium. The juniors are fighting to be three-time champs.

The Star Players in Upper Sandusky will present a Broadway cabaret at 7 p.m. Feb. 9. “Black Tie Broadway” will feature many of the principle performers from the last two seasons at the Star Theatre singing favorite hits from Broadway musicals.

TIFFIN — The Ritz Theatre is presenting its 21st annual summer theater camp this summer. To accommodate previous demand, The Ritz is offering two separate weeklong camps. Students will be limited to participate in only one of the two weeks as either an actor or assistant director.

CLYDE — Pantasia will perform at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 2 at Clyde High School, 1015 Race St., Clyde. The event is free, but you patrons need a ticket to come to the show.

The tradition of the battling classes continues. The Upper Sandusky High School drama department will be presenting its Afternoon of One Acts at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the USHS Little Theater. Tickets are $7 at the door. The freshmen/first years will be presenting “The Internet is Distract — Oh Look a Kitten” by Ian McWethy under the direction of Abigail Davidson and Kate Gagnon.

MARION — Marion Palace Theatre Executive Director Bev Ford has announced the Palace Academy of the Arts program has expanded to offer additional one-On-one private classes. Joining Academy Director and instructor Kristi Wink are experienced vocal instructors Matthew Downing and Jami Rawlins, along with dance instructor Chelsea Sims.
