KENTON — Rick Hudgel has been appointed international exchange coordinator with EF High School Exchange Year, a leader in high school exchange. He is joining longtime IECs George and Barb Wyndham, of Kenton, in working with international high school students with host families living in Hardin and Wyandot counties.

More than 150 Domino’s stores throughout the greater Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Toledo and Zanesville areas will hold a “dough raiser” on Tuesday to benefit Pelotonia, a grassroots bike tour with the goal to end cancer. The stores, including the Upper Sandusky location, will donate 10 percent of all sales that day to the Pelotonia team named “Domino’s for Mike.”

Susy Frey, of Upper Sandusky, has been named the director of patient registration at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. Frey manages the registration staff and collaborates with clinical and financial staff to ensure accuracy of patient contact and insurance information.

NEW RIEGEL — According to Metal Construction news magazine, Clouse Construction Corporation, a design build general contractor located in New Riegel, recently has been ranked No. 2 in the State of Ohio and No. 28 in the United States for being a top pre-engineered metal builder in 2017.

The Ohio State University at Marion recently welcomed Student Success Counselor Michelle McKinniss to the staff. As a newly-created position in the Office of Student Retention, McKinniss will work to create student success initiatives, working directly with students to overcome barriers to growth and success.
