Whole Life Fitness in Upper Sandusky is bringing back the popular health study “The Daniel Plan” later this month.

The plan is a five-week study on building a healthy lifestyle and features the five F’s, faith, food, fitness, focus and friends.

“This time, we’ll have a topic-specific speaker each week,” Whole Life Fitness co-owner Stephanie Jacobs said.

“I think that brings a lot more to the table.”

Whole Life Fitness also will have an incentive for everyone who completes all five weeks of the study.

“We know if you attend all five weeks, you’ll get more out of it,” Jacobs said.

“Each session lasts about 90 minutes.”

Jacobs said participation for the Daniel Plan has grown each time thus far.

The program is not exclusive to Whole Life Fitness members and anyone, male or female, is welcome to sign up.

Jacobs said those interested are encouraged to sign up for the study by Sept. 18 since the study guides and books will need to be ordered in advance.

The program will take place at 6:30 p.m. every Tuesday from Sept. 25 to Oct. 23.

Whole Life Fitness has a booth at the Merchant’s Building at the Wyandot County Fair with some information on the Daniel Plan including the text book and study guide, Jacobs said.

Anyone interested in attending is asked to call Whole Life Fitness at 419-209-1959 and there is a sign-up sheet at the fair booth as well.

The gym is located at 228 S. Eighth St., Upper Sandusky.
